Construction of the new, $20 million Westview Plaza will soon be under way in Scripps Ranch. The three-story, 93,368-square-foot, Class A office building is located on a 5.33-acre site at 10620 Treena St. Groundbreaking will take place third-quarter 2007 with completion slated for summer 2008. Clem Abrams is the project developer.
Westview Plaza is designed to accommodate a variety of tenants with office suites from 1,000 rentable square feet to full floors of 28,843 square feet.
Westview Plaza is a $20 million Class A office development planned for Scripps Ranch.
"With significant freeway frontage, Westview features excellent visibility from Interstate-15 and will provide outstanding corporate identity," said leasing representative Tom Nicholas of Colliers International. Other features include executive covered parking, fiber optic infrastructure, generous tenant improvement allowance, locker and shower facilities, and extensive landscaping with outdoor seating.
Leasing is being handled by Pat Rohan of Burnham Real Estate and Nicholas of Colliers International.
Project architect is Smith Consulting Architects. BYCOR General Contractor is the builder. Project lender is Western Pacific Bank.
