USD real estate certificate program offers diversity scholarships

The University of San Diego’s Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate announced the Diversity Scholarship Program for Real Estate Professionals.

Two scholarships will be awarded to real estate professionals interested in earning a certificate in the university’s Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development continuing education program.

The scholarships are valued at $3,600 each and include tuition for eight courses, books and parking. Students graduate with a certificate from the university once they successfully complete all program requirements.

Local industry experts teach the program’s courses with new courses offered monthly on a variety of essential industry topics.

Professionals take one course at a time and can either elect to take only specific courses of professional interest within the program or complete the program within two years to earn the Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development.
