Mor Furniture in Riverside

Retail: Mor Furniture for Less has leased 45,875 square feet of retail space at Canyon Crossings, 6155 Valley Springs Parkway, Riverside, 92507, from Canyon Crossings I LLC. The property was leased for 120 months at $2.9 million, plans to open in May.

The lessee was represented by Vic Gausepohl, of Colliers International.

The lessor was represented by Rob Ippolito, Bryan Cunningham and David Bradley, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Office: GSA (United States Government) has leased 1,823 square feet of office space at 610 W. Ash Street, Suite 1103, San Diego, 92101, from Glenborough LLC. The property, leased for 60 months at $300,000, will be used for a government office.

The lessee was represented by itself.

Pascal Aubrey-Dumand and Matthew Carlson, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the lessor.


Industrial: Store 400 Inc. has leased 994 square feet of industrial space at 3201 University Ave, San Diego, 92104, from Meridian North Park LLC. The property, leased for 10 years at $292,356, will be used for a UPS store.

The lessee was represented by Karly Kevane, of Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.

The lessor was represented by Joe Wojdoski, of Epsteen & Associates.


Retail: Richard and Monica Daniells, dba Mo's Egg House, has leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at 27403 Jefferson Ave., Temecula, 92590, from Winchester Temecula One LP. The property, leased for 60 months at $278,836, triple net, will be used for a breakfast house.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Don Zech and Nick Zech, of CDC Commercial.


Industrial: Curriculum Technology LLC has leased 6,437 square feet of industrial space at 3520 Seagate Way, Suites 115, 120, Oceanside, 92056, from Rock-Sea LLC. The property was leased for 54 months at $260,534.

The lessee was represented by Jan Harriman, of Pacific Southwest Properties, Inc.

The lessor was represented by Bob Willingham, Ron King and David Onosko, of Coldwell Banker Commercial.


Retail: Thanh Trinh, dba Nails by Holly, has leased 1,170 square feet of retail space at Poway Crossings, 12654 Poway Road, Suite 6, Poway, 92064, from Poway Crossings Investors LLC. The property, leased for 60 months at $162,290, will be used for a nail salon.

The lessee represented itself.

The lessor was represented by John Jennings and Kam Walton, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Retail: Wangsug 'Tony' Suh has leased 1,040 square feet of retail space at 619 W. Ninth Ave., Escondido, 92025, from Schaefer Funds LLC. The property, leased for 60 months at $96,075, triple net, will be used for a Sprint/Boost Mobile cell phone store.

Don and Nick Zech, of CDC Commercial, represented the lessee.

Don Zech and Nancy Murphy, also of CDC Commercial Inc., represented the lessor.


Industrial: Data West has leased 1,095 square feet of industrial space at Rancho Del Oro Business Center, 4089 Oceanside Blvd., Suite C, Oceanside, 92056, from Aimee Frankhouse Trust. The property was leased for 12 months at $11,640.

John Witherall, of Coldwell Banker Commercial, represented the lessee.

Bob Willingham and Jim Benson, of Coldwell Banker, Commercial represented the lessor.


Office: M3 Measurement Solutions Inc. has leased 600 square feet of office space at 2048 Aldergrove, Suite D, Escondido, 92025, from Claudia Giardina. The property, leased for 12 months at $9,000, modified gross, will be used for an engineering office.

The lessee was represented by Don Zech and Nancy Murphy of CDC Commercial Inc.

Zech and Murphy represented the lessor.
