The U.S. Army awarded Science Application International Corp. (NYSE: SAI) a $44,262,164 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
The award will provide for modification of an existing contract to provide maintenance and sustainment of non-intrusive vehicle inspection systems vehicle and cargo inspection systems.
Work will be performed in McLean, Va., San Diego, Afghanistan and Iraq, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 3, 2012.
