Retail: The Habit Restaurants, LLC, dba The Habit Burger Grill, has leased 1,970 square feet of retail space at 909 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, Solana Beach 92075, from Pacific Solana Beach Holdings, LP, c/o American Assets Trust Management. The property was leased for 10 years at $999,420.

The lessee was represented by Brent Williams, Mike Clark and Joe Yetter, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial. The lessor was represented by John Still, of Flocke & Avoyer.


Industrial: Picasso Countertop and Cabinet has leased 10,190 square feet of industrial space at 9389 Dowdy Drive, San Diego 92126, from Tessel Partners. The property was leased for 39 months at $277,168.

The lessee was represented by Arnold Friedman, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by James Duncan and Mickey Morera, of Cushman & Wakefield.


Office: Trademotion Collision, LLC has leased 2,663 square feet of office space at Pacific Corporate Park, 5930 Cornerstone Court West, San Diego 92121, from RREEF. The property was leased for 36 months at $136,000.

The lessee was represented by Chris High, of Cushman & Wakefield.

The lessor was represented by Dick Balestri and Ryan Egli, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).


Office: Scott A. Biddick and Timothy J, Connor, dba Benchmark Advisory Partners, LLC has leased 1,462 square feet of office space at 7817 Herschel Ave., La Jolla 92037, from Cappos Family Trust. The property was leased for 36 months at $78,875.

The lessee was represented by Kristi Kissinger, of Harman Realtors Inc. The lessor was represented by Athena Z. Harman, of Harman Realtors.


Office: John Parrillo and Anthony Artero have leased 1,173 square feet of office space at Bernardo Regency, 11545 West Bernardo Court, San Diego 92128, from Hines.

The property, leased for 39 months at $70,000, will be used for a financial services firm.

The lessee was represented by Ryan King, of Cushman & Wakefield. The lessor was represented by Scott Kincaid and Jeb Bakke, of CBRE.


Office: Nimblebit, LLC has leased 735 square feet of office space at 649 Valley Ave., Suite B, Solana Beach 92075, from Bluebird Properties, LLC. The property was leased for 24 months at $42,925.

The lessee was represented by Andrew Sexton, of Studley. The lessor was represented by Mike Paeske and Rick Lee, of CFI.
