Restaurant leases on El Cajon

Retail: Capriotti's has leased 2,300 square feet of retail space at 6011 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego 92115, from the Harbaugh Family Trust. The property, leased for five years at $338,000, will be used for a restaurant.

The lessee was represented by Main & Main Inc. The lessor was represented by Joe Balla, of Lee and Associates.


Industrial: Photron Inc. has leased 3,912 square feet of industrial space at 9520 Padgett St., San Diego 92126, from Transwestern. The property was leased for 42 months at $239,000.

The lessee was represented by Scott Danshaw and Justin Harvey, of Lee and Associates. The lessor was represented by Cassidy Turley/BRE Commercial.

In December 2008, Photron leased 1,983 square feet at 9520 Padgett from BRCP Realty Services II, LLC for 38 months at $107,827.


Retail: Inland Vet Supply has leased 4,675 square feet of retail space at 32785 Temecula Parkway, Suite 120, Temecula 92592, from VRT Square, LP. The property was leased for three years at $223,124.

The lessee was represented by Scott Forest, of Grubb & Ellis/WestMar.

The lessor was represented by Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Chad Iafrate, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial.


Retail: Friends Yogurt has leased 625 square feet of retail space at 983 Woodland Parkway, San Marcos 92069, from Woodland Park Development LLCM. The property was leased for five years at $67,500.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Andrew Peterson, Bruce Schiff and Phil Lyons, of Cassidy Turley/BRE Commercial.
