Office leased in Escondido condo

Office: Turnkey Strategic Relation LLC has leased 1,845 square feet of office space at 350 W. Fifth Ave., Suite 200, Escondido, 92025, from Vaught Revocable Living Trust.

The property, leased for 60 months at $212,713, will be used for an office.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Don Zech and Matt Orth, of CDC Commercial.

The space is in a three-story, 15,000-square-foot office condo building constructed in 2005 at the corner of Orange and Fifth Avenue in downtown Escondido.

The building is elevator served.

Upon completion of the building, the third floor was purchased and occupied by VanderSpek & Corsello CPAs, and the second floor was acquired and occupied by Capital Resource Management. The first floor upon completion was available for lease or purchase.

The project was designed by Robert McQuead Architect of Escondido, and features a steel frame, operable windows, on-site parking and common area restrooms.


Retail: Marlene M. Thompson DDS Inc. has leased 1,453 square feet of retail space at 1001 San Marcos Blvd., Suite 160, San Marcos, 92078, from Galleria Vera Cruz LP. The property, leased for 65 months at $164,023, triple net, will be used for a dental office.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Don Zech and Brian Murphy, of CDC Commercial.


Retail: Chelsea Jones and Alexis Von Bergen, dba Three Ways Beautiful, have leased 650 square feet of retail space at The Fay Center, 7760 Fay Ave., La Jolla, 92037, from Fay Center Properties.

The property, leased for 64 months at $96,520, will be used for a hair salon.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Darlene Pradarelli, of Capital Growth.


Office: CJR Concrete Inc. has leased 834 square feet of office space at 150 S. Escondido Blvd., Escondido, 92025, from Morgan's Property Management LLC. The property, leased for 36 months at $35,575, modified gross, will be used for a general office.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Don Zech and Nancy Murphy, of CDC Commercial.
