MaintenanceNet Inc., a provider of service contract management and automation solutions, expanded its U.S. headquarters facility and added to its leadership team.
This quarter, the company nearly doubled its existing office space in Carlsbad to make room for new hires as well as a development center designed to spark innovation through improved engineering collaboration. The company’s technical team is using the center to evolve and enhance MaintenanceNet’s cloud-based Service360 software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, which drives incremental revenue for manufacturers, distributors and their channel partners through more effective and simplified service sales.
With new global manufacturers and several new IT channel customers signed this year, including key technology distributors in Australia, MaintenanceNet’s worldwide reach extends across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
Curt Baldwin, vice president of technology, joined the company’s leadership team, effective immediately. He has experience in the SaaS market as well as with start-ups and established companies. He oversees all technology, quality and information systems initiatives for MaintenanceNet. His responsibilities include driving the company’s overall technology and product roadmap strategies.
