Law would ban sale of commercially-bred pets

A City Council committee has approved a proposed law that requires every dog, cat or rabbit sold in Los Angeles come from a shelter or humane society.

totally stupid. so your favorite pet has puppies and you can not sell them. restraint of trade and anti families. change it to no puppy mills but ok for families to sell their own animals as they would have been cared for.
