Audatex North America Inc., a San Diego-based provider of software and services to the U.S. automobile insurance claims processing industry, will debut its latest claims and collision repair platform, AudaNet, at NACE 2012, the International Autobody Congress and Exposition taking place in New Orleans Oct. 10-13.
Outside the North American market, the AudaNet program already processes more than 30,000 transactions daily, Adatex reports. It has been optimized for the American market to connect insurers, independent appraisers, repair shops and vehicle owners.
"We are very excited to bring the industry's most innovative and intelligent automotive claims and collision repair platform to North America," said Wolfgang Ahrens, managing director of Audatex U.S. "From the first moment a collision occurs until that claim is settled, AudaNet is designed to streamline the entire process while providing vehicle owners with the best experience possible."
AudaNet, the company states, is designed to provide optimized outcomes to insurers by maximizing efficiencies while also reducing loss adjustment expenses. For repair facilities, AudaNet is meant to increase repair accuracy, reduce cycle times, maximize customer satisfaction and optimizing shop success.
Audatex is expected to debut three solutions powered by the AudaNet platform, consisting of various combinations of Audatex product modules, targeted to different segments of the automotive claims and repair market. AudaNet Enterprise is intended for insurers and multishop operators focused on strategically managing the automotive claim workflow. AudaNet Xpert is targeted at collision repair shops and appraisers responsible for providing estimates. And AudaNet Driver offers vehicle owners self-service communications tools, such as the ability to track the repair status of their vehicle.
