Building on Dalbergia in San Diego sold

The approximately 7,800-square-foot warehouse building at 3561 Dalbergia St., San Diego 92113, has been sold for $1.28 million.

The buyer was Dalbergia West Property LLC, a California limited liability company, 3561 Dalbergia St., San Diego. Frederick W. West is the manager of the new ownership.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1,312,000 from Community Bank.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 550-570-40) was Roy Edgar Bennington, trustee of the Roy Bennington Family Trust.

The one-story building was constructed in 1981 on a 22,651-square-foot lot.

In May 2000, the property was sold for $800,000, with financing of $435,000 and $348,000 -- both from Union Bank.
