Hazard Center Office Tower in MV fully leased

Hazard Center Office Tower in Mission Valley at 7676 Hazard Center Drive is 100 percent leased with the recent signing of Benchmark Mortgage for the remaining 2,941 square feet.

Additional current tenants include Xerox, Toyota Motor Credit, Wells Fargo Mortgage, CalPERS, Aetna, Zenith Insurance and Century 21.

In late 2010, Kimball, Tirey & St. John signed a 10-year, $10,032,291 lease for 32,050 square feet.

Other leasing activity includes Hagerman and Company with 3,446 square feet in early 2008 for 52 months at $553,893, Prudential Financial Co. (NYSE: PUK) with 10,000 square feet in late 2007 for five years at $2.2 million, Stewart Title in late 2007 with 24,000 square feet for five years at $4.65 million, and Hutchinson & Bloodgood LLP with 7,500 square feet in mid-2007 for 81 months at $2.04 million.

Frank Wright and Andy La Dow of Cassidy Turley represented the property owner, Principal Real Estate Investors. They are the exclusive leasing and marketing team for the property.

The building is a 15-story, Class A office tower totaling 268,645 rentable square feet built in 1990.
