SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -- San Jose police are looking for two would-be robbers who were involved in a shootout when they tried to hold up a jewelry store.
Police say two men entered the store called Joyeria Store Vanessa around 10:15 a.m. Monday and fired shots at a woman working in the store.
The San Jose Mercury News reports (http://bit.ly/Va5W9H ) the woman, who has not been named, pulled out her own gun and returned fire, prompting the two men to run out of the store.
Nobody was hit in the exchange of gunfire.
The two men were seen driving away in a dark-colored SUV, but police had no further descriptions
