SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- San Francisco municipal rail service is back to normal.
KGO-TV reports that service was fully restored as of around 5 a.m. Tuesday.
Trains were halted during the previous evening's commute because of electrical problems caused by a transformer that blew near the Van Ness station.
