Radisson Suites in Rancho Bernardo sold

The 174-room Radisson hotel in Rancho Bernardo has been sold for $8.6 million.


The buyer was Pinnacle RB LP, 8369 Vickers St., Suite 101, San Diego 92111. Lall Hospitality LLC is the sole general partner of Pinnacle RB, and Bhart K. Lall is the sole manager and member of Lall Hospitality. The property operator will be Pinnacle Hotels USA Inc., with Lall as president. The acquisition was financed with loans of $6.34 million and $4,411,000, both from Torrey Pines Bank.

The seller of the property was Rancho Bernardo Partners Ltd., with Hotel Management and Marketing Inc. as its general partner. Jonathan Jacobs is president of Hotel Management.

The three-story, approximately 87,214-square-foot property was constructed in 1989 on a 3.61-acre lot.

In August 1993, the property went through a deed in lieu of foreclosure transaction.
