CCIM names 2013 officers

CCIM San Diego has named Lauri Hines president of the chapter for 2013.

Hines is president and managing director for Sperry Van Ness / Promus Commercial.

Hines is a long-standing board member of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) San Diego Chapter and is past president of San Diego IREM Chapter 18. She is also a past president and a current member of the board of directors of the Bobby Jo Lewis Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation; and co-founded the REstart program, a program dedicated to training disadvantaged individuals to work in the property management industry.

In addition to Hines, elected officers include: Peter Carr with California Bank & Trust, vice president, president elect; Michael Habib with Coldwell Banker Commercial, secretary; and Robert Teglia, with Newmark, Grubb, Knight, Frank, treasurer.

Karen MacLeod continues on the board as immediate past president and will serve as the 2013 first regional vice president for CCIM National Region Two.

The 2013 directors at large include: Dennis Alviso with Chicago Title; Kathy Biewenga with Asset Preservation; Fred Caminite with Kelly Capital; Jim Casale, with Lee & Associates; Charlie Copelan with McKinney Advisory Group; Gary Cornelssen with Marcor Investment Properties; Jessie Greer with Greer Group Inc.; Randy Walsh with San Diego Energy Desk; David Sandoval with the city of San Diego; and Adam Weinberg with the county of San Diego.
