Retail: Social Pizza has leased 2,490 square feet of retail space at in the 6,000-square-foot building at 6011 El Cajon Blvd., Suite 101, San Diego 92115, from Harbaugh Family Trust. The property was leased for 10 years at $875,736.
The lessee was represented by David LeMons, of Sierra US. The lessor was represented by Joe Balla, of Lee and Associates.
Earlier this year, Supercuts leased 1,414 square feet of retail space for seven years at $250,230. Balla represented both parties.
A year ago, Capriotti's leased 2,300 square feet for five years at $338,000, for a restaurant. Balla represented the lessor.
Other tenants in the building located near the intersection of El Cajon Boulevard and College Avenue are Verizon Wireless and Cutters Point Coffee.
Industrial: UAG San Diego Management has leased 34,526 square feet of industrial land at 3888 Kearny Mesa Blvd., San Diego 92111, from Aero Properties. The property was leased for six months at $50,400.
The lessee was represented by Randy LaChance, of Voit Commercial. The lessor was represented by Joe Balla, of Lee and Associates.
In summer 2011, Maggie Megui Kuang and Weilin Walter Kuang leased 14,000 square feet for five years at $1,686,468. Balla represented both parties in that transaction.
The 64,904 square feet of land is paved and fenced, has Kearny Mesa Road frontage, visibility to the 163 freeway and Convoy Street intersection, pylon signage on-site and pole lighting.
