The buyer was Disco Volante Holdings LLC, a California limited liability company, with Bruni P. Gherardi and Marie-Noelle Gherardi as members, 2101 Las Palmas Drive, Suite C, Carlsbad 92009.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $330,000 from JPMorgan Chase Bank (NYSE: JPM).
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 217-253-01) was James H. Clanton, trustee of the Clanton Family Trust.
The selling agents were Mike Bench and Adam Molnar, of Colliers International. The listing agent was Robert Fletcher, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).
The building was constructed in 1989 and includes a reception area, two offices, one grade-level truck door, a 16-foot clear height and a parting ration of 2.8/1,000.
In June 1995, the property sold for $300,000, and again in October 1997 for $385,000.
