Building in 4S Ranch on Thornmint sold

The 22,948-square-foot industrial/flex building in 4S Ranch at 10770 Thornmint Road, San Diego 92127, has been sold for $2.65 million.

The buyer was Silver State Equity LLC, 931 Paisley St., Las Vegas 89145. Dominic Diluigi is a member of Silver State.

The acquisition was financed with small business loans of $1,192,000 and $1,808,000 from Seacoast Commerce Bank.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 678-292-18) was TPX L.P., with TP LLC its general partner. Gerald H. Turpanjian is the manager of TP.

The building was constructed in 1999 on a 1.49-acre lot.

The building includes a 2,532-square-foot mezzanine area and 816 square feet of warehouse space.
