The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1,055,750 from JPMorgan Chase Bank (NYSE: JPM).
The seller of the property (431-481-10) was James C. Barta, trustee of The James C. Barta Revocable Trust.
Chuck Hoffman, of ACI Apartments represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Michael Contreras, of MC Mortgages & Realty.
The one-story, two-building complex consists of nine three-bedroom, 1½ bath units at nearly 1,050 square feet each.
