The eight-unit Pecan Apartments and adjacent single-family residence, at 3047 and 3055 Pecan Place in Escondido 92027, have been sold for $1 million, cash.

The buyer was So Cal West LLC, a California limited liability company, 3306 Avenida Hacienda, Escondido 92029.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 231-660-21) were Virgil L. and Sally A. Chapin.

The property consists of four two-bedroom, two-bathroom and four one-bedroom units; and a three-bedroom, two-bath single-family residence, totaling 7,358 square feet. The property also includes eight carports and four double-car garages.

The buildings were constructed in 1978 on 39,640-square-foot lot in a single-family residential neighborhood.
