Mixed-use property in El Cajon sold

The 10,088-square-foot, mixed-use property at 1319-1337 Broadway, El Cajon 92021 -- consisting of six commercial spaces and five apartments -- has been sold for $930,000, or $92.19-per-foot.

The buyers were John Rodgers and Ann Rodgers, trustees of The Rodgers Family Trust, 1775 Vista Way, El Cajon 92019.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $650,000 from Vibra Bank (PNK: VBBA).

The seller of the property (assessor's parcels 484-261-11 and 12, and 41 and 44) was 1337 Broadway LLC. Herlinda Tan and David Finkelstein are the managers of 1337 Broadway.

Terry Taylor, of ACI Apartments, represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Cody Evans, of South Coast Commercial.
