California General-Obligation Grade Raised One Level by S&P to A

Jan. 31 (Bloomberg) -- California had its credit rating on $73 billion of general-obligation bonds raised by Standard & Poor’s to A from A-, according to Gabriel Petek, an analyst at the company.
