Ale house on Via de la Valle

Retail: Sublime Ale House has leased 7,000 square feet of restaurant and enclosed patio space at 3702 Via de la Valle, Del Mar 92014, from Polo Plaza LLC.

The property, formerly occupied by Tommy V's Restaurant, is leased for 10 years at $1,857,930, will be used for a restaurant.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Michael Spilky, of Location Matters Restaurant & Retail Brokerage.


Industrial: Brook Daly Financial Service Inc. has leased 600 square feet of industrial space in Oceanside Commerce Center at 4749 Oceanside Blvd., Suite D-1, Oceanside 92056, from Voit Oceanside Partners LLC. The property, leased for 37 months at $24,480, will be used for an insurance office.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International.

Other tenants in the center are The Remedy Church, which leased 4,900 square feet in early 2011 for 48 months at $177,405, for church and ministry services, and Microcenter Oceanside in mid-2009 with 2,517 square feet for 36 months at $59,906.


Industrial: Wizard Sports Equipment has leased 1,381 square feet of industrial space at 4061 Oceanside Blvd., Suite B, Oceanside 92056, from MAJ Investors.

The property, leased for 24 months at $23,208, will be used for sports equipment storage and distribution.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen of Colliers International.

Another tenant is PRO2 MED, LLC, which leased 1,381 square feet in late 2010 for 12 months at $12,432. PRO2 Med previously leased the 1,381 square feet for 12 months at $12,432 in late 2009.


Industrial: ISEC Inc. has leased 4,000 square feet of industrial space at 305 Airport Road, Suite 130, Oceanside, 92058, from SAA 3 LLC. The property, leased for 12 months at $14,000, will be used for storage of carpentry products.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty, of Colliers International.
