The 4,800-square-foot retail/office property in North Park at 3783-3789 Park Blvd., San Diego 92103, has been sold for $1.26 million.

The buyer was D-1 Investment Group LLC, a California limited liability company, c/o Daniel C. Morris, 3789½ Park Blvd., San Diego. Morris and John D. Gullmet II are the managing members of D-1.

The acquisition was financed with loans of $638,500 and $495,500 from Vibra Bank (PNK: VBBK).

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 452-201-07) was Maureen C. Steiner.

Design One LLC is a tenant in the property, with Morris and Gullmet II as managing members.

The two-story building occupies an 8,246-square-foot lot.

The property was sold in June 1997 for $430,000, with $301,000 in financing.
