SAN DIEGO (AP) -- Authorities say four suspected illegal immigrants have been rescued in San Diego after being trapped for hours in a sewage line.
KGTV-TV (http://bit.ly/XDvGKC ) says the men were rescued just before 10 p.m. Wednesday after the men were heard yelling for help. They may have entered the line in Mexico.
Authorities say the men were trembling and covered in sewage. Rescue crews hosed them down and gave them blankets before they were taken into custody. One man was taken to a hospital with possible hypothermia.
