Four-plexes in Rolando on Stanley sold

A quarter of four-plexes in the Rolando neighborhood at 6250-6252, 6254-6256, 6258-6260 and 6262-6264 Stanley Ave., San Diego 92115, has been sold for $1.6 million, cash.

The buyer was 6 on Miss, a California limited liability company, P.O. Box 90058, San Diego 92169.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcels 467-541-07, 08, 09 and 10) were Neil Dyke Purdy and Sheila Cummins Purdy, co-trustees of the Purdy Living Trust.

The four-plexes were constructed in 1955-56. Each one-story four-plex consists of four bedrooms and four bathrooms totaling 1,600 square feet.

The property is at the northwest corner of Stanley and 63rd Street on lots ranging from 3,720 to 4,495 square feet.

The four properties were sold in December 1987 for $590,000.
