Wermers Multi-Family Corp. has broken ground on Doria Apartment Homes Phase II in Irvine's Stonegate neighborhood.
The 74-unit project features Spanish colonial architecture, with a central courtyard in each building. The project will be built in line with LEED for Homes standards.
Amenities include a pool, barbecue area, a children's play structure, laundry facilities and a 3,000-square-foot community building with a computer lab, kitchen, management offices and lounge.
The project is led by a collaboration of vice presidents Richard Wood and Barry Weber, with Ryan Weber as project manager and Jessica Gaddis as site coordinator.
