Level 10 Construction opens office in San Diego

Sunnyvale-based Level 10 Construction has opened a new office in San Diego and named Mike Conroy its vice president of operations.

Dennis Giles, president of Level 10 Construction, said that the opening of the San Diego office would allow the company to replicate the growth and success of its Bay Area operations, which have expanded rapidly in the last two years.

“We have an experienced team in San Diego that has developed a great deal of expertise in the local construction market and will continue to focus on relationship building,” said Giles. The local office will be located at 4660 La Jolla Village Drive.

Conroy, formerly a project executive with Rudolph and Sletten, has more than 15 years of construction experience in the San Diego area and has managed multiple projects from new construction to additions and renovations.

Conroy’s past projects include the University of San Diego; University of California, San Diego; SeaWorld; San Diego Community College District; Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District; and Carlsbad Unified School District.

The Level 10 San Diego office is currently working on upgrades to three existing single-story buildings at Summit Rancho Bernardo, a corporate campus with Class A office space located on 105 acres in Rancho Bernardo. Improvements to the buildings include upgrades to the exterior façade, ADA improvements, a mechanical conversion, electrical service upgrade and other building improvements.

In addition to corporate campus and high-rise projects, the San Diego office of Level 10 will be working within a number of other markets including K-12 and higher education, health care, biotech, technology, housing and entertainment/theme parks.
