Treasuries Rise Before Fed Policy Makers Start Two-Day Meeting

Dec. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Treasuries rose, with benchmark 10- year yields falling the most in a week, before U.S. policy makers start a two-day meeting to decide whether to reduce their debt-buying program.
