SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- San Francisco police say a man has been arrested in connection with a fight following a game at AT&T Park.
A woman who tried to break up the late Thursday afternoon fight was knocked unconscious. She has since been released from the hospital and is expected to be fine.
The fight occurred after the Giants lost to the Oakland A's at the stadium. Police spokesman Albie Esparza said it was not, however, connected to the rivalry between the teams.
Police say 31-year-old Francisco Lopez, of Sacramento, and another man got into a confrontation with a group of people that included the woman.
The woman was punched when she tried to intervene. The second suspect remains at large.
Thursday's fight came a day after a jury awarded damages to Bryan Stow, a Giants fan who was severely beaten at Dodger Stadium.
