Restaurant Revolution Technologies names new VP of operations

Cardiff-based Restaurant Revolution Technologies Inc. (RRT), a provider of takeout order solutions for the restaurant industry, has named Eric Dahrling as its new vice president of operations.

Dahrling will be responsible for RRT’s client services, training and quality assurance, call center and overall company operations. He will report directly to RRT’s CEO.

Prior to joining RRT, Dahrling was the director of support operations for Skylight Healthcare Systems, a health care technology company that develops interactive patient care systems. Dahrling managed operations support, HL7 interface and inventory departments. He guided Skylight Healthcare’s client system implementation, project and operational management and system monitoring, tracking and troubleshooting. His responsibilities also included quality assurance of the technical support call center, overseeing the designing, building and implementation of HL7 interfaces that maximize efficiencies within the hospital client’s current workflows and assuring the proper level of inventory to meet client needs and overall satisfaction.

Prior to Skylight Healthcare, Dahrling served in a variety of operational and senior management positions at several high end and high volume restaurants throughout Southern California.
