In October 2011, the two-tower, 433,320-square-foot Pacific Center office complex in Mission Valley -- at 1455 Frazee Road (Pacific Center I) and 1615 Murray Canyon Road (Pacific Center II), together with a six-level parking structure -- were sold for $115.9 million. The office buildings are each 10 stories and 216,660 square feet. In fall 2002, the two office towers were sold for $85.7 million.
