Veralliance Properties (VPI) focuses on real estate acquisitions, development and management, particularly in the life sciences sector. The firm acquired the 42-acre Campus Pointe property in July 1997. Tucker Sadler Architectsdesigned the ultra-modern renovations that now accommodate Kyocera Wireless Corp. in addition to Eli Lilly.
The 450,114-square-foot Campus Pointe features a 3,207-square-foot conference center, a 6,891-square-foot fitness studio, a 10,818-square-foot café/bistro, a two-story glass structure with grand entrance, and a central walkway with high-end tile, glass and plants.
