Patrick Park

Military efficiency and standards are in the blood for Pacific Beach- and Clairemont Mesa-based Prudential Dunn Realtors.

Founder Bernard Dunn went with American troops into Japan after the Hiroshima bomb, and current owner Patrick Park is a former Navy captain.

Park, with the firm since 1976 and sole owner since 1988, says the company sells properties "from the beach to Julian" and has his eye on further expansion. Currently the firm has 100 agents and two offices, but Park says he would like to grow further.

Personally, Park has been recognized with awards and is serving as a fourth term as president of the La Jolla Real Estate Brokers' Association, and a second term as director of the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR).

Park is a recipient of both of the SDAR's R. K. Smith and S. Ralph Knox awards.
