Joseph Ram, founder, president and CEO of Infosonics Corp., prides himself on his ability to adapt.
When a job meant the opportunity to move from his native Israel to San Diego, he took it. When a customer told him wireless telephones were more practical and accessible than landline phones in many parts of the world, he shifted his company's business model. And when it became obvious that his business had a greater prospect for market share in Latin America than in the United States, he sharpened his focus abroad.
Ram has built the company to be one of the fastest growing distribution companies in the Americas. His foresight in responding to ever-changing market conditions allowed him to capitalize on the different opportunities in the marketplace and grow with great success.
In 2004, 10 years after he founded the company, InfoSonics became a publicly traded company.
