That's the gamble that local banking executive Erik Daniels is taking as he expands the offering of Small Business Administration (SBA) guaranteed loans and opens more business centers catering to the needs of small business owners.
As the newly appointed national sales manager of the San Diego-headquartered SBA Division of U.S. Bank, the 40-year-old Daniels recently returned from a celebration marking the financial institution's first office on the East Coast serving six Mid-Atlantic states.
