Eddie Rodriguez is a member of the San Diego office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, where he practices in the areas of corporate and securities matters, including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, technology licensing, and general business counseling for both public and private companies.
His extensive experience includes counseling public and private companies in the life science, telecommunications, software, hardware, e-commerce and information technology industries in a broad range of transactional matters.
Rodriguez has represented clients in more than 200 mergers and acquisition transactions, including the $1.8 billion merger of two publicly traded pharmaceutical companies.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association and the San Diego Bar Association, and he sits on the board of directors for the San Diego Asian Film Festival Foundation and StandUp For Kids.
Among the local organizations Rodriguez is active are CONNECT and the Corporate Directors Forum. He is also a regular speaker at VentureForth's annual venture capital events.
