Chuck Hope, Jr., P.E.

Hope Engineering, a downtown San Diego firm founded in 1993, but whose roots date back to 1929, is playing a critical role in some $600 million worth of work here.

Charles "Chuck" Hope Jr., whose grandfather started what was then an architectural firm in 1929, said in terms of billings, the $750,000 the firm earned in the first quarter, was the best quarter the company has had in three years.
