A 33-year veteran of the real estate industry, Morrow is president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for San Diego and the Inland Empire.
Founded in San Francisco in 1906, Coldwell Banker is the largest real estate company in the country and deals in private and commercial real estate, property management, relocation services, mortgages, title and escrow, home warrantees and other ancillary services.
It's this range of services that Morrow says sets the company apart from other real estate agencies."The vast majority of people use a real estate broker in large part because a broker, especially one as large as Coldwell Banker, can give their home more exposure," she says.
Morrow has been in San Diego for four years, and said the real estate market here is very strong.
