There's a great view of San Diego Bay from the offices of Benedetto Communications, and the public relations firm's six employees can walk to Little Italy for lunch.
They also share their office space with one of their clients, StepStone Real Estate Assets, with each company's employees and cubicles intermingling in one large room as if they're the same organization.
This is the balance Benedetto Communications' founders, husband and wife Craig and Audrey Doherty-Benedetto are striving for.
