Chris Townson, a Realtor with Re/Max Associates in Bay Park, has turned the recent market slump into a great opportunity by specializing in foreclosure sales.
With 19 years of real estate experience under his belt, Townson first began working with REO (Real Estate Owned) properties in the 1990s.
Townson began selling real estate in 1989, where he joined the small Mission Valley-based firm Friar's Realty. In just a year-and-a-half, Townson outgrew the mom-and-pop company and joined Re/Max Associates, where he currently works.
