Michael Whitton

Raised in Oceanside and an attendee of the University of San Diego High School, Michael Whitton has seen the San Diego law community change significantly since he initially came back to the city after finishing law school.

“San Diego has really matured,” said Whitton, now managing partner of the San Diego office of Troutman Sanders LLP. “Lots of different companies are coming to San Diego to invest because of the entrepreneurs and business leaders in this town, and I think they have started to recognize San Diego as fertile ground to grow business.”
