Bleier, managing partner of Voit Commercial's Chula Vista office, has been working in industrial and commercial real estate industry for 27 years -- all of that career spent in San Diego's South County.
Bleier was born into a family business: a sign manufacturing company, establishing the manufacturing background needed when dealing with industrial real estate.
