Judy Walsh

With more than two decades of service at Time Warner Cable, Judy Walsh has spent her entire career with the rapidly growing cable operator -- an industry leader in developing and launching video, data and voice services. She has steadily worked her way up the company ranks, and is now president of Time Warner's San Diego division, which serves San Diego County, the Palm Springs area and Barstow.

In her current position, she oversees 1,250 employees and services 435,000 customers. Though she loves the job, it certainly has its challenges. "Our business has gotten extremely complex, and the biggest challenge is to simplify the choices and ensure ease of use for our customers, most of whom want their technology to be simple and user friendly," said Walsh.
