Robert J. Bell is managing partner of Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps LLP, where he has practiced since 1976. A licensed California real estate broker, Bell has extensive experience in residential real estate development, commercial development, leasing, sales and brokerage matters, and his client list includes LNR Partners, Shea Homes and KB Home, among others.
Bell heads up the firm's largest office, which houses the accounting, administrative, marketing and technology departments, as well as an extensive law library. Luce Forward has been a vital part of business and civic life in San Diego for more than a century.
Like other Luce Forward attorneys, Bell is involved in civic, charitable and professional organizations such as the San Diego County Bar Association, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and a past president of the San Diego Apartment Association.
