From an early age, Chris Hoffman knew he wanted to practice law -- and employment law, specifically.

“My first experience was watching my dad in his general practice growing up. I realized over time the type of work he enjoyed involved labor and employment, and it opened my eyes to how helping businesses and employers can have an impact beyond the obvious,” said Hoffman, managing partner of the San Diego office of Fisher & Phillips. “Certainly there are a lot of good things you can do helping people and not just companies, and you’re not just helping managers, you’re helping employees.”
