Jack M. Berkman, president and CEO of the San Diego-based public relations firm Berkman, is widely recognized as a distinguished communications professional.
In October 1993, he founded Berkman Marketing Group, now known as Berkman, and is committed to the highest ethical principles in public relations and the understanding that human qualities of trust and honor underpin success in business as well as in life.
Berkman strongly believes that clients best achieve their business goals through the strategic use of communications tools and methods that are reflective of today's challenging and competitive business environment.
When not promoting others, Berkman is chairman emeritus and a member of the board of directors of the Gaslamp Quarter Association, as well as an executive board member of the Downtown San Diego Partnership. He sits on the board of Congregation Beth Israel as well as the Holiday Bowl Association.
