“You have to be able to deal with the negatives,” he said.
The company put one such negative behind it last July when it was awarded $10.89 million in compensatory and punitive damages in its lawsuit against FusionStorm, several of its key executives and three former TIG executives who were found liable for misappropriating trade secrets, and breach of loyalty and fiduciary duty.
