Kenneth D. Walsh Ph.D.

The San Diego construction industry has tried to work with local universities to get a program focused on construction professionals for the past 20 years, according to Kenneth D. Walsh, Ph.D.
Now Walsh, program director, chair and professor, is leading the three-year J.R. Filanc Construction Engineering and Management Program at San Diego State University. Another class will graduate later this month and the second part of the program will be activated this fall.
